At the same time, we also paid attention to the following issues and determined the compensation method:

　　1. Duplication of the 25th and 35th level reward cards for the free reward route

We will fix this issue in the next version in mid-October. After the fix, all players will receive 1 random "Resort Adventure" legendary card/1 random "Resort Adventure" epic card respectively.

　　2. When receiving the Death Knight Borrowing Deck and Pass Reward, the second Gorgonzom card was not correctly obtained

Since under normal circumstances, only one Gorgonzom can be obtained, within one week after the next expansion pack is launched, we will reissue a random "Resort Adventure" legendary card to all players who have obtained two Gorgonzoms from the pass and borrowed decks.

3. If you first claim the Druid or Warrior borrowed deck and then get the "Wizban's Workshop" card pack, you will lose one gift card.

This is a global bug, and the gift cards that players are missing will be reissued to players globally in the next version.

4. The pass description says that players have a chance to get 5 golden legendary cards, but there are only 4 in reality

We are sorry that there is an error in the description in the store. We will correct the incorrect description, but within one week after the next expansion pack is launched, we will reissue 1 disassembleable "Wizban's Workshop" golden legendary card to all players who purchased the "Return to the Inn Pass"

　　5. The diamond card Reno Jackson, which is awarded as a reward for the "Card Seizing Soldier" achievement, was not issued normally.

We will reissue the rewards to players who have completed the achievement in subsequent versions.
