Cyberpunk 2077's main story missions involve a fantastic, high-speed narrative.
Just as interesting as the story itself though is the way that Cyberpunk's missions interlink with one another and overlap.
It can be a bit complicated to reverse-engineer exactly what missions are available when, and how many there are overall, but below we've done that for you.
Here on this page then, you'll find a full Cyberpunk main story mission list as well as all main quest requirements and how they link together.

Cyberpunk 2077 main story quest list and requirements - how many main story missions are there and how to unlock them all
Cyberpunk 2077 has a total of 33 main missions, plus an Interlude and another similar half-mission, too. There are also four separate Epilogues that you can get as your post-game outcomes, too.
They don't all follow from one straight into the next, however. At certain points, completing one mission might unlock two or three more, each with a few missions that follow on from that, as well. At this point the choice is yours as to what to do first - after finishing Playing For Time, for instance, which is Mission number 11 in our table below, you could go to Automatic Love and the three missions which follow directly from it, or M'ap Tann Pelen and the ones that follow that, or even jump between those two 'threads', alternating as you go.
There are also some missions that require you to have completed more than one to progress. To get to Play It Safe, for instance, you need to complete both Life During Wartime and Gimme Danger.
Similarly, after the 'Point of No Return', which the game highlights for you at the time, there are several different Cyberpunk 2077 endings. Some of those paths require you to complete a chain of sidequests too, like For Whom The Bell Tolls requiring you to complete both the main quest Nocturne OP55N1 and sidequest Queen of the Highway.
We've marked all the requirements in the table below - you can also find out more about how long it takes to actually get through all of this in our guide to Cyberpunk 2077's length and number of Acts.
Finally, obviously there are POTENTIAL LIGHT SPOILERS below - no plot spoilers or anything major though, just those purely relating to how the finale is structured, using mission names only.

There are technically six in all - two of which are available straight away, three which require completing certain side-quests first, and one optional, secret ending with specific hidden requirements.
With the release of the Phantom Liberty DLC, however, there is a new ending available for the base game. It becomes available after completing the new 'Through Pain to Heaven' or 'Four Score And Seven' mission (depending on what ending you got), as long as you got one of the two endings to Phantom Liberty that unlocks this base ending.
Apart from the base game's secret ending - which has no Trophy or Achievement attached - and the Phantom Liberty ending, no ending is missable, as after each one you'll start back to Nocturne OP55N1 again to continue playing the game as you wish.
So, feel free to get to this point without spoiling any specifics for yourself before looking up how to unlock the rest.
