All Cyberpunk 2077 endings see the game's main story conclude in several possible ways.
At one key moment, several choices are available based on the alliances you've made in the game. The more of these alliances you've made, the more will be available to you.
The good news is there is technically no point of no return, with the game resetting back to this key choice if you want to unlock and play through the other paths.
This means no ending, aside from the secret Cyberpunk 2077 ending or new Phantom Liberty ending, are missable - useful if you want to 100% Cyberpunk 2077's achievements or trophies.
Note that though this page is written with clarity and brevity in mind, there will be some spoilers for the base game and the Phantom Liberty DLC included.

How many endings are there in Cyberpunk 2077?
There are technically seven endings in Cyberpunk 2077, including one from paid DLC. At a glance, and with no spoilers, these are:
One main ending path and one 'bonus' short ending which have no prior requirementsTwo 'regular' ending paths with requires completing certain side-quests to access, with one of these ending paths having two outcomesOne 'secret' ending which has some specific requirementsOne Phantom Liberty ending which requires you to purchase and complete the Phantom Liberty DLC.None of these (bar the secret and paid DLC endings) are missable, with the game returning you to a point of no return within the Nocturne Op55N1 mission where you can attempt the others.
How to unlock the three ending choices during Nocturne Op55N1 in Cyberpunk 2077
During the mission Nocturne Op55N1, Johnny gives you a series of choices to make. It's at this point the story will branch out into one of the ending paths, locking you in for several missions until the conclusion.
If you have played through the main story missions and no other side quest chains, then by default only one ending will be available to you.
To unlock the two other 'regular' endings in Cyberpunk 2077, you must complete optional questlines involving Panam and Johnny / Rogue. Doing so will then add two additional options.
In summary, the main Cyberpunk 2077 ending choices are:
"Think trusting Arasaka's risky but worth it." - This is the default choice available. Completing this will unlock 'The Devil' Trophy / Achievement."Gonna ask Panam for help." This is unlocked by completing Panam's side-quest chain, starting with Lightning Breaks and ending in Queen of the Highway (this is the same as Panam's romance questline). Within this are two ending outcomes.During the choice with Alt Cunningham, opt for "Wanna live out whatever life I got left." Completing this will unlock 'The Star' Trophy / Achievement.During the choice with Alt Cunningham, opt for "Body's Johnny's. I'll go." Completing this will unlock the 'Temperance' Trophy / Achievement."Think you and Rogue should go." This is unlocked by completing Johnny and Rogue's questline (which overlap with finding some of Johnny Silverhand's items) starting with Tapeworm and ending in Blistering Love. Completing this will unlock 'The Sun' Trophy / Achievement. You must complete two specific side-quest chains to unlock all three ending choices.Note that aside from the 'Panam for help' variant, there will only be minor changes to each ending based on the dialogue choices you make within them as well as any romance options appearing in the epilogue.
Once you have finished any particular ending, you will return to the Nocturne Op55N1 mission in the story. This will then allow you to pursue the other two paths - or unlock their requirements in the open world, or do anything else you haven't got around to yet. That said, to be safe, it's worth having a manual save here to return to, just in case.
As shown, the more of the side-quests you complete, the more choices available. Here, we played Nocturne Op55N1 without completing Panam's missions, so her assistance wasn't available. How to unlock the secret ending in Cyberpunk 2077
As well as the above core endings, there is an additional secret ending with requirements based on your relationship with Johnny Silverhand.
In short, once you have met those requirements, you must select the 'Think you and Rogue should go' option. You are then given several other options before you commit to this choice (which is where you make the choice for the bonus ending, described below).
The secret ending is not based on your relationship with Johnny Silverhand, but your responses to one specific mission. At this point, simply wait here on these dialogue choices for around five minutes without pressing any buttons until Johnny Silverhand starts talking, giving you a unique ending path, named Don't Fear the Reaper.
In the weeks following launch, the community worked out the exact requirements for the secret ending. Despite initial theories, it is not based on your relationship with Johnny Silverhand, but specific responses during one of Johnny's end-game side mission, Chippin' In.
These are as follows (first discovered by Powerpyx and confirmed by roylv22 and others on reddit):

How to unlock the bonus ending in Cyberpunk 2077
As well as all of the above, there is an additional 'bonus' ending you can unlock which has no prior requirements.
To unlock it, during the Nocturne Op55N1 choice, make any decision. You then have to confirm that choice to be locked into the ending path.
There are, however, other options here - with the ability to back out and decide again ("Hang on. Need a minute") or not proceed with any other options after all ("Could also just put all this to rest"). It's this 'put all this to rest' option you need to choose.
After that, opt for the choice "[Toss pills] I know. Exactly what we're gonna do."
Unlike the other paths, this ends the game there and then - but does give you a short, unique cutscene with Johnny before the credits roll, before putting you back to the Nocturne Op55N1 choice.
How to unlock the Phantom Liberty ending in Cyberpunk 2077
Phantom Liberty has its own set of endings to pick from, but only two lead to the new Phantom Liberty ending for Cyberpunk 2077's base game. We can't tell you how to get these endings without spoiling a few things, so stop reading now if you don't want any spoilers for the DLC's story!
Image credit: CD Projekt RedTo get the new Phantom Liberty ending in Cyberpunk 2077, you have to finish the DLC with both Reed and Songbird alive. There are two paths that lead to this outcome:
You help Songbird escape during the 'Firestarter' main mission, but then give her up to Reed during 'The Killing Moon' main mission. You help Reed try and capture Songbird during the 'Firestarter' main mission, and refuse to kill her during the 'Somewhat Damaged' main mission. When you finish Phantom Liberty's main story, you'll then be contacted by Reed. Once you talk to him as part of the 'Through Pain to Heaven' or 'Four Score And Seven' mission (depending on what Phantom Liberty ending you got), you will then get the 'Who Wants to Live Forever' mission - this is the quest that leads to the new Phantom Liberty ending to Cyberpunk 2077's base game.
